The location was good and the service was friendly. I found the hot shower and the air‑conditioned room with TV comfortable, and there was an elevator too. It met what I needed at the time. However, the sheets and blankets had a “stored” smell, the breakfast was fine but the black coffee was lukewarm.

The reception was fine. I didn’t like the check‑in; the app shows 12:00 hs, but when I arrived I could only check in at 14:00 hs. I booked through the app, entered my credit card thinking it was already paid, and had to pay on the spot.

The staff were excellent, helpful, and very polite. The coffee was a little lacking, but otherwise it was calm.

The hot shower was a pain to get right because it’s gas‑powered, but the breakfast was decent. When we first arrived there was a strong, drain‑like smell that faded after a couple of days. The mattress was old, the springs creaked and hurt my back, and the street‑facing room let in a lot of traffic noise.

Staff were incredibly polite and the whole place was spotless. Breakfast was tasty, especially the fresh fruit, so I’d definitely recommend staying here.
