I loved the breakfast, the service and the care the staff give to guests.
The place is well located, the room is spacious, the bed and pillows are comfortable, but the room I stayed in had a door that opened into another room, letting me hear the other room’s noise.

The service was very good. The team collected my car and communication during the stay was efficient and cordial. The room I got had a certain charm, especially because of the balcony. The air‑conditioner worked well and the TV was good. The service was the main highlight of the experience. Despite being charming, the room is old and shows signs of neglect. When I tried to close the door, the latch fell off, which surprised me given the room rate. The bed was extremely soft and not very comfortable. I also found toilet paper on top of the wardrobe and another roll being used to hold one of the wardrobe doors in place, giving an impression of carelessness. The breakfast was only average.

The bed was very soft and the linens were extremely clean and fragrant. The shower was very good. Our stay at the hotel was excellent! Congratulations to the whole team that attended us!

The room‑service was confusing – for example, there were days when they changed the towels but didn’t make the beds or take out the trash. Anyway, it was annoying!
