“If there are requirements for quality, it is not recommended”

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered great convenience, with shops and a McDonald's just a short walk downstairs. However, I was a bit disappointed with the average WiFi quality, the hotel's somewhat average location, and the poor sound insulation that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

“The whole stay was so disappointing. Our room is on the 4th floor and there was no elevator. And there was no wifi cover”

During my stay at this hotel, I was pleased to find that the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's rest. Unfortunately, the hotel's attention to detail was lacking, as some of the pillowcases were old and worn out, and the towels were faded and in dire need of replacement.

The hotel's location was a major plus for me, as it was near my workplace and very easy to find. However, my stay was marred by the fact that the air conditioning in my room didn't function properly, making it difficult to stay cool during my stay.

“Poor customer service”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marked by several issues, including a room assignment discrepancy that was not properly resolved by the hotel staff, poor customer service, and a lack of basic amenities such as a double lock, slippers, and clean towels.
