A good hotel in a central location with spacious and comfortable rooms. Many sights, restaurants, and the city center are easily reachable. The breakfast was good and sufficient. Because of its location, the hotel is a perfect starting point to explore Swakopmund. We felt very comfortable here and can recommend the accommodation.

I appreciated the spot of the hotel, but the sheets were old and stained, the bed itself felt worn, and the room wasn’t cleaned properly.

The breakfast was decent, yet the night‑shift receptionist was rude and unprofessional, the rule that the gate can’t be opened after 10 pm for parking feels unreasonable, and at the price you charge, I’d expect secure parking; the rooms are also dark and dated.

The location and the large room size were great, but the building’s poor sound isolation made it very noisy in the morning when staff set up breakfast, so I couldn’t sleep after 6 am.

The bedroom and service were good, but there were ants in the bathroom.
