The host shortened my stay. For such a low price it’s hard to expect much, but I didn’t like the old mattress—it was awful. The room isn’t cozy. I think I could stay for a couple of days.

Only men stayed in the building, so I wouldn’t recommend solo female travelers. The doors were glass—though not transparent, silhouettes were visible. The shared bathroom was very uncomfortable.

Everything was fine, about a 15‑minute walk from the city center. The price/quality ratio was good. Thanks a lot, we’ll come back for sure.

Near a beautiful church and very friendly neighbors on the second day who offered me tasty treats. I don’t quite understand why this place gets such reviews; it feels overly exaggerated. The room itself was clean but meant for a short stay, so I wouldn’t return. The host was unpleasant, and on the last day I felt like I was about to be kicked out. He watched late‑night movies, disturbing the peace, and smoked next to the rooms, filling everything with cigarette smoke. I would not stay there again if I ever visited Tbilisi.

A great spot for cardio workouts. No bad moments. I liked everything – it felt like a visit from a relative.
