The hotel's location was perfect, with the metro station and shops just a short walk away
The receptionist who assisted us was incredibly helpful
The hotel has made some improvements, such as upgrading the door locks

“Hotel bien, personal muy bien, la ubicación no muy buena.”
The staff were very friendly, the room matched the photos, everything was clean. Overall we liked it. The location isn’t great because of the people around, though it’s close to the Acropolis.

“Money for value stay”
The ladies at the reception Maria and Laura were very helpful and made our stay easier. Money for value stay, very good location as far as connections to metro and buses although nowadays it's an infamous area. A lot of shops in close proximity ,bakeries ,coffee shops, small supermarkets, restaurants and even a local fruit street market. The room which were given initially was very small for 3 persons ,fortunately we asked and were given a bigger one which was very good!
The AC was good and the price was relatively cheap, but nothing more could be demanded. The location was terrible – we were only about 6 minutes by car from the center, yet on a very dangerous street full of homeless and drug users at night. It felt like a horror movie, and we were scared even when returning from Uber; all the drivers warned us.

Comfortable bed, private terrace. It’s less pretty than the photos show. The room is small and very plain, just a bed and two nightstands. The location is awful, in the middle of streets full of drug users. It doesn’t match the value for money.
