The food was tasty, but breakfast was served in a small basement that was hard to navigate; the tables were close together.
Everything was great: the location was close to the metro, the place was clean, and the service was excellent.
“i love it actually ,and had good time in it.”
I really liked this hotel; it was very clean and the receptionists were very helpful. It’s only 3 minutes from the T1 tram station (Halkali-Kabatash) and 5 minutes to the M2 metro station (Yenikapi-Haciosman), and it’s in a quiet area. I want to point out a problem I had: the bathrooms in neighboring rooms face each other, and it seems the ventilation system and the space above the bathroom ceilings are connected. There’s no proper sound insulation, so sounds travel clearly from one bathroom to another, even very small noises. I’m not sure if this is just my room or a wider issue, but I hope it can be fixed.
When the room was cleaned it looked tidy, but cleaning didn’t happen daily. The hotel is in a good area. The food lady was always grumpy and angry; if you asked her something, she would start ranting about things you couldn’t understand, and she didn’t treat guests well. The young man at reception was also unhelpful and kept talking on his phone. When I asked him about toilet paper, he immediately said no, even though they cleaned daily. The other two older staff members were very friendly and provided good service.
“Affordable stay near Metro.”
The hotel sits right next to the Metro, so getting from the airport was a breeze—just hop on the M11 line and switch to the M2. The neighborhood is packed with shops and restaurants, and as a solo woman I felt safe, though I didn’t stay out late. The breakfast that comes with the room was decent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The building looks a bit old, but the price is reasonable, so you get what you pay for. The bed only had a thin cotton blanket and no top sheet, duvet, or extra blankets, so it got chilly at night and I had to crank up the air conditioning.
