The views were beautiful, and the bedding, shower, and bathroom facilities were good. Having a kitchen was great, and the room felt cosy, comfortable, and warm, with free TV channels. The toilet roll was basic and the mattress felt lumpy for me, though my husband was happy with it.

The location was lovely and well positioned for visiting local attractions. Everything you could need for a short stay was available, and it stayed toasty warm even when the weather was chilly. The on‑site café served a big, tasty breakfast.
