The room offered a nice view of the icebergs, and there were stairs outside for sunset and whale watching. If you booked the Diskoline tour through the hotel, the boat could dock right at the hotel and pick you up directly. On the downside, another building is being constructed next to the hotel, turning the whole area into a construction site; I was woken by drilling around 8:30. There was no reception service after 4 pm, so when I arrived at 5 pm I had to ask staff from the restaurant for help, and the shuttle buses that were supposed to come never did.

The balcony view was fantastic, the room was spotless, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and there was a large openable ceiling window.

1. Location: pretty near to Yellow Trail trail head, where sunrise/ sunset views are unforgettable ( however some may find this as an inconvenience coz you needa walk 1 km to supermarkets and town centre) 2. Restaurant has a unbeatable view 3. A nearby pontoon. 1.the apartment is not located inside the hotel. the advertised sea/ iceberg view is largely obscured by the hotel proper, so please don’t expect to see drifting icebergs through the apartment windows. If view is your primary concern, please book a superior room in the hotel 2. No coffee marker and no washing machine 3. The bed room is so small that the door cannot be opened fully
