“Country living at its finest, we will be back!”

The stay was truly wonderful and peaceful; the grounds offer lovely country views from the windows of this cosy property. We especially appreciated the living area as a spot to sit outside the room, while the room itself was lovely, featuring a comfortable bed with plush bedding. The host was courteous and attentive, sharing recommendations, the property's history, and tea upon arrival. Breakfast was tasty, varied, and could be tailored to dietary preferences.

This place is a fabulous slice of history with every comfort; the value is remarkable, and it is one of the nicest places we have stayed in a long time.

“I'd recommend to a friend. And I'd use it again if I'm up that way.”

The location is excellent, the quietness is great, the bed is comfy, and the bedroom offers beautiful views; parking is ample. The only issue was that the fridge was noisy and made it difficult to get off to sleep.

“Lovely Overnight Stay.”

Communication was good, the room and bathroom were lovely, the bed was fantastic and large, breakfast was lovely, and there was a great recommendation for a meal in the village. Nothing else to add.
