“Very Bad”
We booked a premium quadruple room with two queen beds ten days in advance, yet the hotel claimed they were overbooked and offered us a single room with one extra bed for four adults, which made no sense and the staff couldn’t explain why we were being moved. The communication was vague, and we had no idea why the relocation happened. They did relocate us to a decent hotel instead, which was better than the single room they suggested, but it was still very inconvenient and spoiled what was supposed to be a full day of fun before we headed to Calapan.
