The front‑desk manager was very friendly and helpful, arranging for my cousins and me to stay on the same floor at the last minute; the shower water pressure was amazing, and breakfast was delicious and included in the room rate. However, the bathroom only had a few towels and washcloths, and a large crack in the ceiling on the 6th floor made us a little uneasy.

The hotel was very nice, the front‑desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and overall I give it a perfect 10/10. The only minor issue might be the breakfast, but it wasn’t a big deal; we loved the hotel!

Excellent customer service, fantastic breakfast, and a clean facility. I had to pay for parking on the premises, and I think if you pay and stay at a hotel, they should give you a car sticker to identify you and waive the parking fee.
