The staff, the location, and the quiet were great, but there were no Kleenex, shower caps, or glasses in the bathroom.

The palace is beautiful and high‑quality in both facilities and staff hospitality; the restaurant is very good for both breakfast and dinner. Parking is difficult during peak season, the streets are very narrow, and there is no kettle or coffee maker in the room for the reading lounge.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Very friendly welcome. Comfy room. Great food and even friendlier staff. Safe storage for our bicycles. Nothing else.
