The place was awesome and the staff were fantastic, but the pool was a bit too warm for my liking.

We loved the location, the outlet shopping, the food court, and being close to Gettysburg and the family we were visiting; breakfast was good, and the lobby was fun for games later in the evening. The outdoor patio was beautiful and the rooms were nice, but breakfast wasn’t refilled as the morning progressed; if you didn’t arrive early, some containers like the oatmeal were empty.

The room was filthy—one of the beds was stripped and not even made, there were no towels, someone’s used toothbrush was on the bathroom sink, hair shavings everywhere, and the trash was full of other people’s junk; it was disgusting. The room hadn’t been cleaned or checked, the front desk said we were full and could do nothing, and they handed us only ONE towel. Stupid idiots.
