“It was ok. Everyone was friendly.”

We didn't have to pay for parking, and the hotel was close to DQ, Taco Bell, and other fast‑food spots. Coffee was available all night with a variety of creamers, and we could make our own pancakes. I enjoyed the chicken sausage. McDonald’s was far, and Tanger Outlets was also far. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the wall switches were present but didn't work, and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were insufficient for three people.

I understand it’s a free breakfast, but I wasn’t expecting much; a fresh coffee and fresh fruit would have been nice—especially a banana.

“It provided all my requirements for a comfortable stay.”

The breakfast spread was nice and the assortment was good, but the coffee was weak; I prefer a stronger brew.

“Don't trust Microtel”

I was charged an extra $102 without explanation, and despite promises of a refund, I still haven’t received it back. The hotel took the money and has not returned it.

“Room was clean, comfortable, well layed out, and the price was right.”

The muffins and coffee were tasty, but I didn’t like the powdered eggs and the breakfast selection felt very limited.
