The location and staff were excellent, but the building showed its age, raising some hygiene concerns; the duvet cover kept coming off, which was inconvenient.

The staff were very kind, and it was easy to lug my suitcase up from Tenjin Station; having a convenience store nearby was also a plus. I made good use of the air purifier. The duvet cover had come off completely, which made it uncomfortable to use.
