The noise from the loud music kept me awake all night, and I couldn't sleep at all.

The AC never worked. When we asked, the hotel gave us a different room, but the AC was still broken there. We left the hotel on the first day, and the staff never bothered to ask why. This was a terrible experience at Hotel Ganesh Palace; families should avoid it. The staff, reception, and facilities were all disappointing.

The location is good. The rooms and the staff were bad; the receptionist was very rude and didn’t listen when we spoke.

The rooms are tiny and stinky. The reception staff had a terrible attitude, especially the guy with the black specs. They talked about parking and private parking, but only offered main‑road side parking.
