“Lousy”

The hot tub or bathtub was broken, the hallway was filled with small kids running up and down, and machines kept running all night; I couldn’t get a discount or anything, and the staff just said “why didn’t you tell us?” or something, which was very confusing and disappointing. I didn’t like the praise; the room was expensive, offered nothing, and they wouldn’t stand behind it.

“Affordable, good location, nice staff.”

The location was fine and the pool looked appealing, though I never used it. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered good waffles, cereal, and coffee. However, the toilet bowl had a clear ring at the water line, the bathroom door jammed on the floor tile, and there was no ventilation. The lobby pantry lacked Diet Pepsi and Coke. Breakfast included fried, over‑hard eggs and Canadian bacon, which isn’t the usual fare; I’d have preferred scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage. Biscuits and gravy were lukewarm and the blandest sausage gravy I’ve ever tasted.

The hotel was close to the attractions we wanted to see. The only negatives were that we always had to request pool towels and the walls were thin.

“Not clean!!!! Bring a Swiffer”

The staff were lovely and very accommodating. We were given two queen beds; one was newer, but the other felt like an air mattress and was terrible to sleep on. We had to pull out the couch instead. The bed had pee stains on the top sheets—gross. My husband, kid, and I suffered back pain and slept on the broken bed. The floors were filthy; the cleaning staff used an old mop that didn’t clean properly, leaving a black residue that I had to wipe with a towel. There was a used razor behind the sink and a trash bag with clutter between the bed and window—super gross.

The room was very dirty and there were spiders.
