The location, price, free on‑site parking, breakfast and pool were great, but there was a faint old carpet smell.

The breakfast was good, but the air‑conditioner was noisy.

The pool and whirlpool bath were well placed and worked, yet the room smelled like a gym—maybe because pets were allowed. I had to take a large dose of antihistamines to breathe and sleep. The carpet was very dirty, judging by the color differences near the walls and under the table, so a deep clean is needed to remove the grime that causes the odor. Staff tried to eliminate the smell with an “ozone” device, but nothing changed. If an animal was present, future guests should be warned.

Breakfast was tasty, the place was quiet and well‑located, yet the room stayed damp; we opened the window for an hour to air it out, then turned the AC back on, but the humidity lingered and made the room uncomfortable, so a night’s refund would be greatly appreciated.
