Great structure: convenient location, practically in the center of Val di Fassa with all villages and attractions nearby. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable, the breakfast varied and plentiful, and the restaurant excellent. Parking for guests was super convenient. The staff were friendly, discreet, and approachable.

The property was very conveniently located. The staff were excellent, very helpful, and friendly. We arrived fairly late and they managed to accommodate us for dinner. The breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of items: fresh breads, croissants, cakes, a wide range of cold cuts like salami, ham, prosciutto, scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, fruit, cereals, and of course tea and coffee. Everything suited our needs, so no complaints.

The accommodation was very well situated in Val di Fassa. The room had comfortable beds and was very quiet. The breakfast was very complete. The staff were very kind and attentive. I had a problem with my suitcase and they helped me quickly to resolve it; I’m very grateful. Everything was perfect.

The location was excellent, with free and easy parking. The breakfast was good and the waiters were very friendly (especially the dark‑haired, curly‑haired one). The restaurant also offered good dinner service. The blackout curtains were terribly poorly fitted, letting light in from all sides—not just in the morning but all night. Soundproofing was minimal, so you could hear neighbors, but the worst were the cars on the road. Seeing the high ratings didn’t match my experience… Then I realized that most of the hotel has side windows or faces the valley, not the road. Those guests can rest and have a good stay. But if you’re given a room in the annexed part of the building with no side windows and facing the road, prepare to not sleep. Attached is a photo of that annexed area so you can avoid it. The Wi‑Fi connects quickly, but it disconnects often and asks for the password again. There’s no fridge or kettle. The complex belongs to an educational group, so almost all guests are from large groups and the hotel’s services are geared toward those groups, leaving very few non‑group guests, so overall the situation feels odd.
