This accommodation disappointed us; we had paid for 2 nights but had to leave after one because the conditions didn’t match the presentation. The pension is practically on the main road and railway line, the noise from cars and trains was significant and it definitely wasn’t a peaceful place for rest or sleep, not even for children, and we didn’t get enough information about this at booking and it wasn’t obvious from the photos. We asked for a refund of the unused night after leaving early, and the staff on site promised we’d get the money back for that night, but nothing happened. When we followed up, we were told we wouldn’t receive a refund. It was a bad experience, deceptive and improper conduct, and the price, presentation and actual conditions do not match what guests receive.

The host was great and the surroundings were excellent, with sports facilities and a children’s attraction right next door.
