The location is unbeatable, the staff are great, and the beds are super comfortable, making this place outstanding. The toilets could use a bit more cleaning.

The staff were amazing and clearly doing their best. The property itself isn’t very clean and looks a bit run‑down; it needs some maintenance. I understand this might be due to the situation in the country.

The staff were friendly and the location was perfect. I would avoid the family room because it was scary dirty and the door wouldn’t close. I got a much better room on the second floor, and the staff tried to fix all the problems. As other travelers have mentioned, the lack of cleaning is a major issue in this hostel. With a little extra care it could be a cozy, wonderful place. The private room on the second floor is still okay, though.
