The check‑in was smooth and the welcome was warm; the dinner was nice and they even offered breakfast afterward. Nothing else stood out.

Le personnel était très sympathique et d'une grande efficacité. Le fait qu'il n'y a pas de papier pour s'essuyer les mains dans les toilettes et l'absence d'une petite lampe de chevet sont des points négatifs.

The staff were excellent and the location is great, but the lift was out of order, there was no room service, and I couldn’t find a kettle for warm water.

Незважаючи на мою погану англійську чоловік на рецепції мене зрозумів😊,я дуже переживала як пройде моє поселення😄так як англійською знаю 2 слова))).Так само і допоміг мені занести валізу в кімнату,так як це було на 3 поверсі а ліфт не працював чи його там немає ,незнаю,не звернула на це уваги.Ліжко комфортне особливо якщо ти проведеш в дорозі більше доби).Холодильник(маленький)в кімнаті, умивальник в кімнаті,сейф в шафі.Розташування в моїй ситуації чудово відповідало,від автобусного вокзалу Вікторія 5хв ходьби. Бракувало настільної лампи
