I told Jessica that we would arrive late at night, but when we got there, no one was on duty. The room had an unbearable mold smell, the shower didn’t heat, and the mini‑fridge didn’t work. The accommodation, breakfast, and the place lacked signage.

The service from Ms. Jéssica and the whole team was wonderful—always attentive, friendly, and helpful. The bed is very good, but the mattress is a bit too soft for my taste. The meal menu could be improved.

Breakfast was varied and tasty. Jéssica at reception was a sweetheart and treated us very well. The room was comfortable, with a mini‑fridge, two comforters, sheets, a blanket, many pillows, a towel, and bathrobe. The location is a bit inconvenient—about 15 minutes off the road, though most of the route is paved. Some parts of the facilities were poorly maintained. We had a bathroom leak but were moved promptly. The room lacked glasses, cutlery, a corkscrew, and plates; we had to ask for everything, it could have been provided.

Only the breakfast was decent; the sheets were dirty and smelled bad, the TV didn’t work, and the window in my mother‑in‑law’s room was broken – overall I was disappointed. The front desk staff were friendly and nice, though.
