The staff showed no training at all, and the noise was extremely loud day and night—so loud that I couldn’t sleep, especially in room 11.

Breakfast and the staff's courtesy were great. There was no information about regional tours.

The location was excellent, the tranquility, the silence, all superb. Things that could be improved calmly: the lack of outlets in the room, and the ones that exist are already used by the mini‑fridge and the TV. I don't see it as a problem, just a suggestion.
