The area is lovely if you want a nature‑filled, relaxing spot, but I’d limit my stay to one or two days; the Jungle Man tour guide made our visit unforgettable, with unique places and activities. However, there was no water in the bathroom, so we had to fetch it from the river with a bucket. The internet was either absent or terribly spotty, and breakfast was subpar, though a nearby restaurant had friendly, helpful staff.

The place is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and it’s right in the jungle. The mosquito net was broken, but otherwise everything offered good value for the price.

The accommodation is welcoming and straightforward—what you see is what you get, and everything works fine. It’s suitable for its purpose and offers excellent jungle trekking options thanks to its location. The setup is basic, so expect no air conditioning, hot water, or Wi‑Fi.

The cabin’s interior bathroom and comfortable bed give good river views. The cabin isn’t insect‑proof—there are three ventilation holes in the bathroom with no mesh, turning the second night into a bug‑filled nightmare. Mosquitoes enter through the holes, making it hard for guests with mobility issues. Photos show it could be great with a bit of work.
