I liked the rummy room; it was nice, but there were live roaches in the room, more roaches in the bathroom, the fridge had dead roaches, the toilet water was berry poor, and the floors were dusty.

I never stayed there, yet I was charged! They couldn’t accommodate me, canceled my reservation, but still kept charging me even though I never stayed.

I stayed in a room that was filthy and had a strong cigarette odor, nothing else worth mentioning.

The staff were friendly, but when we requested a handicap room they gave us a single large room that was completely unsatisfactory; later we were moved to another room that had cockroaches, so I told the front desk and she handed me a can of Raid—now I want a refund.
