“Overall very good. Really enjoyed the lodgings.”

Food was excellent, staff were great at telling me about the local area and helping me get around town, and the location was great too. I really wanted to try the pool but forgot to pack my bathing suit. I tried to get one a few times when I had free time, but getting my hands on one was really hard. I tried some local places and they didn’t sell men’s bathing suits, and the on‑site sports shop didn’t sell them at all. I eventually gave up on it because it was going to take me like a two‑hour round trip to get one.

The room wasn’t clean. The lights were not working in the living room. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work the whole time. The outdoor garden attached to the room was so dirty, it was never cleaned. The outdoor furniture was broken. I feel the hotel was understaffed. Asked for extra towels or blanket, but never got it.

We got a room facing the generator that worked all night, so we couldn’t open the balcony window. The balcony was dusty with insect problems. The air‑conditioner couldn’t be adjusted and it faced the bed so we couldn’t use it.

“Great room .. clean .. quiet .. the resort was beautiful”

The property is beautiful and in a beautiful location. There wasn’t anything I did not like about the property.
