The staff were attentive. On the day we entered, the toilet was broken, so we had to wait for a while. Breakfast is served at the hotels on the beach side, about 3 km away. The beach could have been better maintained, and the breakfast could have been richer.

I had to stay at the sister hotel to hit the beach, and the meals there were pretty good. The location felt a bit isolated and the staff didn’t give us much information at check‑in.

We didn’t stay in this hotel; we moved to the partner hotel on the beach (Kayala Blue) because the restaurant was closed and there were other shortcomings. Switching was easy. At Kayala Blue the garden had a nice vibe, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was extremely small, so even petite guests had trouble. There was no room service, and the condition of the hotel in Kartal Yuvasi didn’t justify the price at all.

Hot water doesn’t flow, the fridge is empty, and you have to go down the mountain and travel kilometers to get anything, so I took a shower with lukewarm water after wasting half an hour of water. The price is higher than a 5‑star hotel for these amenities.
