Antonio was spot on with the service—super friendly and attentive. They even sell pizzas on site, made by Pablo himself. The setting is gorgeous, surrounded by nature, perfect for unwinding. Just a short drive from the little town, so easy to get to.

The staff was really helpful, trying to fix things the owner didn't address. But the arrival was a nightmare—bad road, low water pressure, and cold showers. They offer Direct TV, but you have to ask for it. The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing; we heard neighbors for two nights straight. We ate and slept together in the same space, which felt pretty awkward. Overall, a rough experience.

We stayed in mid‑May, so it was chilly at night, but inside the cabin we were cozy. The apartment had a full kitchen, great hot water pressure, and the gas heater worked well. The upper‑floor room was comfy and well‑climate‑controlled. The park and river walk are beautiful. The hosts were very welcoming. The downside? No Wi‑Fi in the apartment, so you have to step outside into the cold. The heater shuts off even if you step out for a bit, and the window is tiny, so you miss out on daylight.

The natural surroundings are a highlight, and the themed architecture with old train cars adds charm. The only gripe is the Wi‑Fi—needs improvement.
