Located opposite the Catalan National Theatre, SM Hotel Teatre Auditori offers stylish rooms with satellite TV, air-conditioning, and safety deposit boxes. The hotel features bright, attractive décor and a 24-hour reception with staff providing information on Barcelona's attractions and arranging bicycle and car rental. Breakfast is served in the hotel café, with Gaudí's Sagrada Familia a 15-minute walk away.

I was impressed with the location and the comfy bars, but the staff seemed friendly on the surface and actually weren't.
