Destination In Rome

The only good thing about the accommodation was its location, being very close to Termini station, trains and buses, which made moving around a lot easier. The cleanliness and maintenance of the space were disappointing. The bathroom was in terrible condition and very dirty – the worst part was the toilet, which was unacceptably filthy, and there were accumulated dust mites on the ventilation cover. In addition, the walls inside the room had heavy damp, which they simply tried to cover with a quick adhesive tape. Overall, the cleaning was merely superficial (although the sheets and towels were fine). At night there was a lot of noise from other tenants. Even though the owner was courteous, the accommodation was far too expensive for such an unacceptable state.

The only thing that was good was the location. The cleaning was non‑existent, the bathroom was worn out with old fixtures and the shower was very old and in terrible condition.

I needed to do an early check‑in. The staff was super attentive, let me in and wait in the lounge. Soon a woman came to do the cleaning and quickly opened the door to my room. Very attentive. I liked it a lot.

The staff were very good. I had forgotten my watch in the room and they returned it when I arrived in Rome. They helped with everything and with the late check‑in, answering all questions and requests.

It can satisfy the basics of sleeping, showering and eating (the simple kitchen is pretty good). All the equipment is old, the door switches and locks are very noisy.
