The hotel/motel was fine overall. It takes about 40 minutes to reach Acadia. I found a hair in the towels, the air‑con was noisy, and staying on the ground floor isn’t wise—people will wake you in the morning when they drive into the parking directly in front of the rooms.

When I got there the door code didn't work, and the mattress was terribly old with a big divot, plus I couldn't block the outside lights so the room stayed bright all night—definitely the worst sleep I've had in years and I was exhausted when I got back.
