“I haven’t stayed here, as there were no rooms available inspite of 4 rooms booked by me”
The property never gave me a room. Why do they still list it as available when all rooms are already full?

I disliked everything. It’s a high‑rise building with no lift, and the guy I asked at the reception was hesitant to give me hot water; after insisting, he finally brought a bucket. The toilet wasn’t clean.
