The staff were very good and responded quickly to all our requests. The area feels safe, with a guard on duty at night, and the AC worked fine. One afternoon the power went out, but the generator didn’t start; apparently it had an issue that needed fixing, leaving us without power for a couple of hours and making us consider moving out. The washrooms are very slippery—don’t walk barefoot—and the toilet seats flop around. Creaking doors could use some lubricant, and some door locks are difficult to lock. There are no general stores nearby where you could grab milk or cookies, etc. The entrance is through a very narrow lane, and taxis drop you off at the end of the lane about 50 meters from the entrance. We didn’t receive complimentary breakfast during our stay; instead, we were asked for tea in the afternoon and were charged at checkout.

Nothing stood out positively. My stay at this hotel was overall very disappointing. The biggest issue was the parking situation: the street leading to the hotel is very narrow and there was no proper parking arrangement available, causing considerable inconvenience not only for me but also for the guests accompanying me, especially when accessing the hotel and their rooms. The cleanliness was also below expectations, and the staff’s attitude did not feel particularly professional or welcoming. Overall I was quite disappointed with the service and arrangements, and based on my experience I would not recommend this hotel to others.

The experience in Karachi was very good and respectful. The people are amazing—especially all staff members Abu Baker, Asghar, Ahmed, and Liaquat, who are fantastic and helpful. I highly recommend this place for families and would give them a 10 out of 10 ❤️. Everything was super and excellent; there was nothing missing, all was very good and highly recommended for families.
