Christopher on staff was excellent—polite, professional, and very helpful; the inn was very clean and comfortable. My sister had her own room booked but received an email that the inn was overbooked and she would not have a room for the first night; the inn moved her to a nearby motel and did not charge her for that room. Though it was inconvenient, the inn compensated by not charging her for the first night and discounting her room on the second night, which I appreciated.

The rooms are large and spacious, and all the staff are very nice and accommodating.

I can’t rate the property because they cancelled my reservation by email one hour before arrival; check‑in was already confirmed on the app, and they moved me too far from where I needed to be and didn’t give the two‑room suite I had booked.

Breakfast was very good and there were plenty of food choices. The bathroom door kept swinging open unless it was fully closed, blocking access to the drawer bank behind it, and it would have helped to have a safe in the room.
