The first time I stayed at Li Maple, I was impressed right from the entrance. The front desk asked if I wanted to know about fun spots, and the junior receptionist patiently explained Guangzhou’s highlights and suggested taking the subway. Inside, when it was hot outside, they offered free lemonade, which was a very thoughtful touch. The room also had small snacks I liked, especially Waha drinks, and I wondered how the staff managed to keep the room stocked. I asked the reception if the complimentary snacks in the original room were a special preparation for us, and they confirmed it was a nice gesture.

The lobby is spacious and cool, and breakfast includes ice cream. There’s plenty to eat, and I enjoy baking bread. I needed to catch a high‑speed train that afternoon, so I asked the front desk to delay check‑out. The service was good, and falling asleep at night felt great. The mattress lets you lie down and fall asleep quickly. The room lighting is warm and the color scheme is very cozy.

The hotel gives warm service, keeps everything clean and tidy, and offers satisfactory facilities. The rooms feel cozy, the location is great, housekeeping is very friendly, and the front desk staff are enthusiastic. The rates are reasonable and provide great value for money. You get not just a comfortable stay but also a human touch—absolutely amazing!

Front‑desk service was good. When we first entered, Xiao He helped us carry our luggage and explained Guangzhou’s unique attractions. Inside, snacks and jelly at the front desk were a hit with my children, haha. The room’s facilities were innovative and looked very high‑end. The internet was fast and video streaming was smooth. The bed was soft and comfortable all night. I highly recommend bringing my kids here again next time.
