Nothing positive. The front‑desk service was horrible. It was terrible; I was moving my daughter into college, booked a room, and the Hampton Inn had no reservation. I showed the desk the reservation number and she said I needed to call booking to get it from them. I was so upset, she never tried to resolve the issue or even offer us a room, so we had to drive 30 minutes to find a hotel. It was my worst experience at any hotel. Her customer service was terrible.
