The room only had a TV and a mini‑fridge, nothing else. The bed was without a sheet and the mattress was filthy, torn, and covered in mold—literally unhygienic. We arrived around 23:30 after a work meeting, and to our shock the mattress was raw and there was no sheet or blanket for the night. We tried flipping it, but it got worse and was full of mildew. It rained hard all night, so we had to lay all our clothes in the suitcase, sleeping close together because the drawer with the linens was locked. I paid 40 reais for it, but no staff member answered the admin or my messages. This level of neglect is outrageous. I will never return or recommend this place. I want my money back!
