I had a fantastic stay, thanks to the incredibly comfortable bed and soft bedding. Getting a good night's sleep was crucial for me, and I was able to do so in this hotel. The cleanliness and warmth of the room were also impressive, and everything I needed was readily available.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a lack of assistance with luggage, as there were no porters available. Additionally, there was no trolley in the room, and I had to personally take my clothes to the reception to be washed. This was frustrating, especially considering the inconvenience it caused.

Despite the hotel's cleanliness being a highlight, I was disappointed by the cramped room size and the noise pollution from nearby establishments. While the cleanliness was a major plus, the other issues detracted from my overall experience.
