A good 3* hotel—nothing more, nothing less. Welcoming, friendly staff. The room was well appointed and comfortable, and the grounds and pool area were well presented. The all‑inclusive food choice was limited and the food could have been hotter. Bar service at peak times was insufficient.

Ótima localização, praia linda em frente o hotel, várias atividades de lazer inclusas. Drinks maravilhosos e comida ok. O hotel não oferece venda de passeios e nem indica agência de turismo. Mandam procurar no Google se quisermos passear. É bom ficar atento a previsão do tempo antes de comprar os tours. Fizemos todos com a agência Belle Mare . Foram super atenciosos e marquei tudo por WhatsApp

I stayed at a very chill and quiet place with staff that were super attentive. The bar and pool team, DJ Bensley, Clive the tour guide, and the gentleman in charge of guest relations (Kenwal? we can’t recall his name 😔) all went out of their way to make my birthday special, even arranging a cake and having Bensley play a dedicated song for us 🥰. The vibe was great and the beach right at the hotel was beautiful.

The rooms were spotless and immaculate, and the staff were amazing, going above and beyond. As a gluten‑free guest, the chef catered to every meal, even offering gluten‑free pancakes in the afternoon. The beach was first‑class, and the rooms had a beach view.
