The location is excellent, the staff very friendly, breakfast delicious and served well, the place is a story worth photographing, but the promotional PQ room was next to the restaurant, smelled damp with occasional bugs, and breakfast was served too late for me working at 8:30 am so I didn't have time to eat.

I think the best thing about this hotel is its location and lobby; that part of the hotel is pretty. I didn't like how the room smelled a lot of damp. Also, it only had the bare essentials for comfort, just gel soap, which I had to ask the lobby for because it wasn’t in the room when I entered. Everything feels very neglected and old. The Wi‑Fi doesn’t reach the rooms, only works in the lobby and restaurant areas. The food wasn’t good either; the tortilla tasted stale and the oil used for cooking was old. I don’t recommend it if you want to feel truly comfortable.

The location is fine. The room has no windows, no air conditioning but a patio fan is noisy. There is no elevator.

The public spaces are pleasant, the place is interesting and historic. The bathrooms are tiny and old‑fashioned, the white tiles are old and worn, and there are many cracks on the walls everywhere.
