The location was good, but the place wasn’t clean.

“Never use Booking.com”

We booked this hotel, but the first issue was the lack of signage—only a street sign and three parking buildings made it unclear which was the Travelodge. When we finally found it, we were told there was no reservation, which had been canceled because Travelodge didn’t have the two beds we’d requested. They never informed us or Travelodge. After contacting them, we discovered how to get the charge removed from our credit card, and we’re waiting for a statement that shows the amount we paid. Read the above statement.

The bed was the only thing worth mentioning. The room was somewhat decent and somewhat clean, but a chair was broken upon arrival. There was no mini‑fridge, and I was allowed to choose a double room that Travelodge doesn’t actually accommodate. It felt more like an apartment with residents than a hotel.

The place was clean, but I paid for two rooms and only received one.

“So bad that I slept in the car”

I never liked anything about the place; the bed wasn’t made and still had stains, and I had to sleep in my car because cockroaches were crawling on everything in the middle of the night.
