The spot and overall vibe, plus the décor, were good, but the receptionists were not friendly, the parking fee was high, and the breakfast selection was limited; we also had to leave the room before 10 am. I know Meribel well and have been here for a long time, so I wasn’t expecting to be greeted by such rigid, unfriendly staff whose main priority seemed to be demanding a deposit equal to the room price. The housekeepers were the most polite and courteous when we ran into them.

The location, décor, life around the pool and the mountains, and the heated pool were all positives. The only downside was the lack of air‑conditioning.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast was varied. Besides the pool, there were plenty of ways to entertain ourselves (ping‑pong table, foosball, etc.). The room was small but functional. The curtains could be a bit darker.
