The manager was extremely unpleasant. They advertised as pet‑friendly but apparently that’s not the case; they should clarify like the other places do. The front‑desk people were nice, but management was not.

There was no soap, shampoo, or conditioner, and the brown chair looked awful and didn’t match the room’s color scheme. Breakfast was awful and uninteresting, and I couldn’t locate a workout area.

It’s close to Ball State. A smoke detector kept beeping all night, food smelled in the hallways all night, and when I checked in the toilet‑paper roll was half empty with no extra rolls in the bathroom.
