I didn’t find anything particularly good, the price was high and the facilities were average. But be warned: at check‑in the front desk took my passport, and after check‑out my luggage was left there for a few hours before I could retrieve it, and my passport was still not returned. I acknowledge that I should have noticed my passport was missing, but the hotel was 80 % responsible!

The location was great and parking was plenty, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the bathroom lacked a storage area, the water was cold, and there seemed to be a system error that guests were not informed about; I expected more than a simple apology from a hotel, and the incident definitely cost me points.

The location and the hotel’s equipment were great, and the wellness area with a sauna was a highlight. At the cocktail bar, I found the bartender a bit unfriendly, and one of the main lamps in the room didn’t work.

The staff were nice and friendly.

The restaurant was good. In the bathtub shower there was no shower curtain, and the towel change was not done, which cost me a point. During breakfast I was gently told that too much coffee was unhealthy, and the meat platter was never replenished, neither early in the morning nor later.
