The atmosphere feels like staying with family, a real home‑away‑from‑home vibe. However, when I arrived the room had not been cleaned; the bed linens from previous guests were still on the bed, which was a genuine surprise. The receptionist was very slow, though there was no rush. The balcony view from the room looked straight at a table where people were having breakfast, which was a bit inconvenient.

The place is well located and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, it does not meet European standards: there were stains on the bed and towels, the bathroom smelled moldy, and I can’t see how a cleanliness rating of ~8 is justified. The windows cannot be opened.

I was utterly let down by the staff at the hotel. When I arrived, they hadn't removed the previous guests from the room I’d booked, and instead of fixing it, they made it feel like my fault. They even asked, “What are we going to do?” which was totally unacceptable. I had a confirmed reservation to rest, not to sort out the hotel’s mix‑ups or why they let others stay in my room. It was completely unprofessional.
