The staff were very kind, and the place was clean and pleasant.

Nothing good to say, this hotel is a must-avoid. The reception was appalling, with a very unpleasant young woman who was not even polite. The pool was empty—exactly why we chose this hotel. The mattress was far too hard. The “spa” shower was old, clogged, and the hot water took two hours to arrive. The breakfast was barely passable, though at least the young man was smiling.

There were no parking issues during our stay, but the hotel’s description was somewhat exaggerated, there was no staff presence, and it isn’t a hotel for pampered older tourists.
