The front desk staff were very helpful, and Hotel Luena’s spot is ideal for exploring Lisbon. Breakfast is great with plenty of options, but the rooms feel small and the layout is a bit awkward to navigate. The AC took a while to start working.

The location is good, but the breakfast didn’t meet my expectations in both variety and quality, so after the second day I preferred to eat elsewhere. The bathtub drain was completely clogged, and the staff member who informed me spoke English so poorly that I had to wait for other employees the next day to get help. It was frustrating to learn one day before arrival that a €40 protection fee was required, and when I disputed the charge at checkout it wasn’t processed until the system was switched on, after which the money was refunded.

The location is perfect for exploring the city, just a 5‑minute walk to the metro. The room is a bit small but entirely adequate. Everything is very clean. Drinks and snacks were available at the reception all day. Breakfast was also pretty good. The entire staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies and gentlemen at reception. The only thing that could be improved is that the tables in the breakfast room could be cleared and reset more promptly, since the space is quite small.
