The breakfast and the dinner booked as an add‑on were great, but the extra cost was higher than if I had booked directly through the hotel – a lesson learned.

Breakfast was always excellent. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold. The sauna is fairly small, so more than two people feel uncomfortable. The experience shower was also only cold water and the jets were not descaled. The staff are very friendly and we generally felt comfortable.

The wellness area.

Upon arrival, I was greeted politely and in perfect German. The room smelled pleasantly of fresh wood as I opened the door. It was modern and very large, with a bathroom whose cosmetic mirror fascinated me—when I got close it seemed to have a 10× magnification. There was a small walk‑in closet, which I personally found brilliant, a cozy big bed, a large TV, and plenty of space that invited me to relax after my beautiful trips in the Dolomites. I want to thank the especially friendly staff—from the waiter to the housekeeping. In Milan, the waiter offered a little small talk in the evenings, which deserves special praise; it’s not common for a waiter to provide that level of service. The kitchen offers excellent dishes. The breakfast buffet is very generous and varied, and you can see in a small area that everything is freshly prepared. The wellness area is small but nice, equipped with an experience shower and a therapeutic warm‑air cabin, both very interesting. I was able to enjoy my vacation very much. A full‑body mirror might still be missing; it would fit well in the hallway.

The breakfast was excellent, even offering fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies. Walking to the cable car takes just 2 minutes. We dined there every evening and the food was consistently good. Strolls start right from the hotel, and the area is very quiet, far from the bustle of other parts of Trentino. Anyone who enjoys a relaxed stay should definitely book here. The only downside was that there was no minibar in the room; it wasn’t mentioned in the room description, but honestly I would have expected it, especially in the summer when temperatures are high and you can’t keep water cool overnight.
